When we initially thought of ideas to base our Thriller on, we each gave an idea of a Thriller that we liked and inspired us. By discussing these we was able to come up with a combination of the films to make an original piece. These thrillers appealed to us because of the gritty nature and drug induced trips that affect the mind and body. The sub-genres of these films are, psychological and crime. We chose to base a film around these genres because they would appeal most to our target audience and would be better than another sub-genre such as erotic or political. We also believe these are the best and most popular sub-genres to work with.
